DELIVERY ISSUES, LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
Please note that once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to UPS Customer Service at 1-800-742-5877. UPS will allow you to file a claim. Due to privacy concerns, we cannot reach out to UPS on the customer’s behalf.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be processed when the item has been received in our warehouse. Upon return, your item will be inspected for all issues mentioned. If return is eligible, credit will be issued on your credit card for the purchase price. Please allow up to 14 days for your credit to show in your account.
