How can I reset my account password?

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock,
we will reach out to you and provide you with two options; the first being to place the item on
backorder and the second being to issue a refund for that item.

Which credit cards do you accept?

For your purchasing convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,
Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please note that Apple Pay and Google Pay are only available on
supported devices.

What shipping options do you offer?

Peppermint Home is happy to offer FREE UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground shipping for customers in the contiguous US- including Washington, DC (all states except for Alaska and Hawaii.)

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territoties via USPS (United States Postal Service).

We ship internationally via FedEx (Federal Express).

How do I request a return or an exchange?

At Peppermint home customer satisfaction is our top priority. You must reach out to us within
30 days for an RMA (returned merchandise authorization). We will exchange the item if it is in
stock or refund you. In order to process an RMA, the product must be unused, unwashed, and
in its original packaging. Returned packages are shipped at the customer’s expense.
