Returns and Refunds

RETURN POLICY
At Peppermint Home, we believe in customer satisfaction and that is our top priority, and we hope our merchandise always meets to your complete satisfaction. Every order is carefully inspected before shipment, and we encourage you to inspect all merchandise for possible damages upon receipt. You may return merchandise if it meets the criteria below.

30-DAY RETURN
If you do need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the order to file a claim. Peppermint Home reserves the right to decline returns of items that appear used, washed, or damaged or show any signs of wear from their original condition or any misuse. All items must be sent back in the original packaging. Returned products are evaluated thoroughly before a final decision is made. Peppermint Home also reserves the right to decline claims, returns or exchanges not made within the 30-day period. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be processed when the item has been received in our warehouse. Upon return, your item will be inspected for all issues mentioned. If return is eligible, credit will be issued on your credit card for the purchase price. Please allow up to 14 days for your credit to show in your account.
