FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Peppermint Home is happy to offer FREE UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground shipping for customers in the contiguous US- including Washington, DC (all states except for Alaska and Hawaii). Most items ship within 3-5 business days of ordering unless otherwise noted. Products from the same order may be shipped separately, with no additional shipping charges. When your order gets shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. All orders shipped to residential addresses will be delivered as signature required.
ALASKA, HAWAII, US TERRITORIES
Orders ship via USPS. Limited expedited shipment is available to these areas at time of checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and DELIVERIES
Orders ship via FEDEX with tracking numbers. Please include telephone numbers with the order. All international customers are responsible to pay shipping costs, duties and taxes. Duties/Taxes/VAT/Import are not included in your order total. Shipping charges will be charged at checkout, and the duties and taxes will be charged to the customer upon delivery. Kindly note we cannot control custom delays. All international orders are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delay in delivery. International packages returned to Peppermint Home due to non payment of customs and import taxes or duties will be given a store credit for the product only at PeppermintHome.com
International orders are not refundable, and customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes.
DELIVERY
Please verify accuracy of shipping address when placing an order. Shipped orders are unable to be altered or redirected with shipping carrier. Original shipping fee is non refundable. Packages returned to Peppermint Home as undeliverable or refused, will be given a store credit only.
DELIVERY ISSUES, LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
Please note that once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package shows delivered, but you have not received please reach out to UPS Customer Service at (800) 742-5877. UPS will allow you to file a claim. Due to privacy concerns, we cannot reach out to UPS on customers behalf.
RETURN POLICY
At Peppermint Home, we believe in customer satisfaction and that is our top priority. We hope our merchandise always meets to your complete satisfaction. If you do need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days to file a claim, we will exchange the item as per our inventory status. Refunds may be granted only if: The products are unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. Pillow inserts are not returnable. Return packages are shipped at customer’s expense.
INCORRECT, DAMAGED ITEMS, MISSING ITEMS, ANY OTHER ISSUES
If you receive any item damaged, missing, incorrect or if there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the order. Please check and inspect your order once you receive it. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the entire cost of the returned items and the return shipping charges. Please note – If the item is damaged due to repairs made by the customers or items not washed in specified wash instructions, those items will not be replaced or refunded.
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit by the carrier, please contact our Customer Service immediately at customercare@pepperminthome.com. We will also request pictures of the damages as that will help us determine the best options. Peppermint Home reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges of items that appear used, washed, or damaged from its original condition or any misuse. Peppermint Home also reserves the right to decline claims, returns or exchanges not made within the 30-day period.
RETURNABLE ITEMS or ORDERS
If for no reason you would like to return any item or order, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. To start the return process or exchange you must request a Return Authorization with sending us an email at customercare@pepperminthome.com. Please note, 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returns and exchanges. Kindly keep the original receipt and the item in its original packaging receipt. The original packaging and unused, unwashed, unaltered item can be refunded within 10 days of receiving. Return shipping fees will apply. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Peppermint Home reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges of items that appear used, washed or damaged from its original condition or any misuse. Peppermint Home also reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges not made within the 30-day period.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be processed when the item has been received in our warehouse. Upon return, your item will be inspected for all issues mentioned. If return is eligible, credit will be issued on your credit card for the purchase price. Please allow up to 14 days for your credit to show in your account.
